Tindo Updates on COVID-19 as of 7 April 2020
Dear Valued Partners and Customers,
With the escalating COVID-19 situation and the recent public announcements on the 'circuit breaker' measures, we have made adjustments on our business operations to do our part to prevent escalation of COVID-19 infections.
As part of the Essential Services supporting the critical infrastructure for the industry , we will remain operational during this period. We would like to assure you that we have taken multiple precautionary steps to ensure the safety of our customers, partners and employees, as part of our commitment of our business continuation.
During the past few weeks, we have implemented the Business Continuity Plan for our staff by splitting them into Team A1 , A2 , B1 and B2 to ensure the well-being of our staff, customers and partners including our 24x7 support team.
Our office will remain open with administrative support during this period. Engineering and Support teams will continue to provide critical onsite services to support essential businesses. Our 24/7 helpdesk support hotline will continue to deliver support services via phone or email. Presales and other duties will continue to be conducted remotely, by telecommuting from home.
Our logistics and operations team will be operating remotely from home without disruptions to all sales administrations, ordering and processing functions.
We will continue to monitor the situation tightly and align with the necessary changes to continue to support you.
